One night, Manda Ginjiro a moneylender in the Minami district of Osaka, hears a gunshot echoing in an alleyway. The shooter is Yojiro Todoroki , one of Ginjiro's clients. Todoroki entrusts Ginjiro with his notebook, which he has been holding onto with great care, and runs out of steam. From that day on, a suspicious shadow begins to haunt Ginjiro. According to Hideo Sawaki, a bigwig in Minami, an organization is trying to kill Ginjiro.

This is the third movie starring a tiger boy named Shimajiro, and it will be screened in movie theaters around Japan. Like its two predecessors, the movie has been conceived to be a child's first movie theater experience, and has been designed in a way that will hold the attention of a young audience throughout the film. Each child is given a cardboard megaphone that they are encouraged to use at various times by the story's characters to cheer them on or shout a particular phrase, and even use as a weapon to thwart the film's villain. The film itself features a wide variety of entertainment, from sing-alongs to dance-alongs, puppet animation, and regular animation. Japanese screenings of the movie come with a short break in the middle, while the lighting and sound in the theater are adjusted to give the children the most comfortable experience possible.

The film is about a fresh filmmaker who reunites his school friends after being apart for 15 years to prove that the UFO he saw 15 years ago was real. Together, the four friends embark on a beautiful and exciting road trip journey across Malaysia to search for the truth and turn it into a film. However, along the journey, they encounter something unexpected.

When Nova (15) brings her little sister Ivy to soccer practice with her mother Maria, Ivy’s new trainer Nadia tells them that Ivy cannot train anymore until her membership fee has been paid. The situation turns into a conflict when angry Maria takes Ivy from the field. When Nadia puts a comforting hand on Nova’s shoulder, Nova gets overwhelmed with a feeling she has never had before.
